Check your policy for rental reimbursement
Rental coverage is an optional add-on, not automatic. Look for 'rental reimbursement' or 'transportation expense' on your declarations page — it is usually a few dollars a month and covers a rental while your claim repair is completed.
If you have it, the carrier typically covers a set daily amount and a maximum number of days.
How long will you be without your car?
Most PDR hail repairs take two to five days, far shorter than conventional bodywork. Light damage on a few panels can sometimes be finished same-day.
We schedule drop-offs so your car is in the shop for the shortest possible window, and we can help coordinate a rental pickup if your policy includes one.
No rental coverage?
Ask us about timing your repair around a weekend or a stretch when you can borrow a vehicle. For qualifying claims we may also be able to help with local transportation — just mention it when you book.
